Baby Sebastian is a very special, one-of-a-kind doll. He was born with vitiligo, a chronic autoimmune disorder that causes patches of skin to lose pigmentation, resulting in uneven skin coloration. The exact cause of vitiligo remains unknown, and it can appear on any part of the body.
He has a brown complexion, bald, and beautiful, glassy grayish-brown eyes. Please note that his eyes do not blink. Baby Sebastian has a cloth body and is not anatomically correct, allowing you to choose his gender. This choice is up to you based on how you decide to preserve him. His arms, legs, and head are made of vinyl and are painted with Golden Air Dry Acrylic Paint. He weighs 5 lbs 7 oz and measures 19 inches long, fitting into newborn clothes. However, please be aware that I do not supply shoes, and I have not found any available for purchase that fit him.
When handling Baby Sebastian, support his head as you would a human baby's, and avoid picking him up by his limbs to prevent damage. Please note that these dolls are intended for collectors, children over the age of 13 who are responsible for their siblings, and women in nursing homes.
